Sallah or Xmas? 3 die as Armed Robbers cart away N25M LG salaries

Gunmen on Wednesday killed two policemen and two staff of a new generation bank during a robbery operation in Ogaminana, Adavi Local government area of kogi state.
The armed robbers were also reported to have successfully carted away N25 million meant for the payment of salaries for the Local council workers.
Eye witness account said the incident occurred at about 10:00am.
The State Police Public Relations Officer, PPRO, ACP. Williams Aya who confirmed the incident said the police are strategizing to nab the culprit but so far no arrest has been made.
He said the command will make sure that those behind the dastardly act are fished out and severely punished.
