Man hangs self in uncompleted building

The Building A young man has been found dead in an uncompleted building on Sefu Elelede Street in the Ibafo area of Ogun State. Our reporter learnt that the man, whose name had yet to be known, was found hanged by an electrician who had come to inspect the house. It was gathered that the deceased, who was found in jeans and shirt, hanged himself in the living room section of the uncompleted structure. Our reporter gathered that the electrician, identified simply as John, who saw the corpse, raised the alarm. It was learnt that the owner of the house went to report the matter at the Ibafo Police Division. Policemen from the division, accompanied by a medical practitioner, were said to have visited the building to remove the corpse. The doctor reportedly confirmed that the man was dead, and had committed suicide in the building for about five days before the discovery. Fuel imports increase by 78 million litres

The amount of fuel imported into Nigeria increased to 645.64 million litres in October this year as the total crude oil processed by the country’s refineries in the same month was zero, data from the latest financial and operations report of the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation have shown.
