Do The Dead Sleep When They Die Or Are They Conscious?

Morning to you all. Hope you had a sleepy night? I did.

My inspiration segment today is going to focus on just a simple question: Do we sleep when we die?

What's my opinion? As a realistic thinker, my reply would be, Yes.

But, according to some scriptures in the Bible, it is parably clear that most souls are either in Purgatory (prison) or in Paradise (it dosen't necessarily mean Heaven here).

If one says that Judgement comes immediately after a person's death, then that means, a whole lot of people have been in Hell since the Genesis, serving over long-term punishments. That would be apparently unfair to them.

"1 Peter said that after death, Jesus went to minister to the souls in Purgatory. So, even the "souls in Purgatory" were not sleeping.

"In the story of the Rich Man and Lazarus, it is very cleas that neither the Rich Man nor Lazarus when they died, were sleeping. Also, when Moses and Elijah appeared to Jesus during the Transfiguration, they were not sleeping", Rev. Thaddeus Doyle says.

It can also be confusing when you hear me counter that Lazarus after raised from the dead, said that he was dormant. Literally, he was alseep and had no idea of what was going on around him.

Is Christianity confused of what? Probably.

The Jews believe that Ezra was the Son of God. Christians believe in Jesus.

This fully explains that religion has finally divided us, just as language.

Rev. Thaddeus either dosen't know much on that or he counters the Bible.

Preachers now preach what they believe to be true but not in accordance to what is true.
