A BRIEF ON Detective Stories: The Who, What, Where, How And When?

One crime which often appears in detective stories is blackmail. Assume that Mr. A becomes rich by winning a competition. Another man, Mr. B, happens to discover that he cheated. He may say to Mr. A, "I know you cheated. If i tell everyone, you'll have to forfeit your cash, and be poor again. Just give me some of it and i'll shut up." This is Blackmail.


DS have been really popular since Conan Doyle's 'Sherlock Holmes' in the 19th century. DS are exciting too because they are connected with crime.
