First of all, download psiphon. Open it and edit it:
proxy type:reverse proxy
proxy server: instagram.com
real proxy type:HTTP. After that save and go to settings > more options > tick connect through http proxy and use the following settings:
host adress: 50.30.152.130

proxy: 8086...

Under phone apn..

apn:etisalat
proxy: 127.0.0.1 port:8080..
That's all oo enjoy!!!
