Why There A Lot Of Unfinished Houses Or Buildings Around The World Today - Part 1

Maybe you get to visit a town somewhere and you see quite a number of unfinished houses there. Most might have been abandoned for years and get choked by weeds. Eventually, some get pulled down by heavy rains. This is where the question sets in.
The Reasons?


Most of the reasons are really sad. First, the owners are dead. When the owner starts building at first, he uses all he has to get the house a nice touch from scratch. Then one day, you hear that the owner died. Such wasted labour! So sad.
