Female Neighbour Stabs Pregnant Woman To Death Over N1,000 In Edo

A pregnant woman has tragically lost her life after her good deed was used against her by a neigbour who stabbed her to death in anger.

Tragedy has befallen the family of a pregnant woman after a neighbour stabbed her to death over N1,000. The woman who was already six-months pregnant simply identified as Mrs. Ikhuoria had gone to demand that Mama Emmanuel, a neighbour pay her back the N1,000 she loaned from her when an argument ensued between the duo.
PMnews reports that before one could know what was happening, the neighbour stabbed the pregnant woman. According to Mrs. M. Okpojie, the owner of the house, she told newsmen that she came out when she heard shouting.
She said when she arrived at the scene of the incident, she found the deceased drenched in her blood and had to rush her to a private hospital where doctors referred them to another hospital.
“I was working at the back of the house when I heard shouting. I had to rush her to a private hospital when I saw the way she was bleeding. Doctors said it was an internal bleeding and I should take her away. So, I called the husband to come.”
Commenting on the incident, the husband of the deceased, Ediale Ikhuoria, said the wife died over the N1,000 she loaned their neighbour.
“My wife loaned her N1,000 and when she demanded for the money, Mama Emma stabbed her. She killed my wife. My wife was six months pregnant. She died on Monday morning,” he said.
Edo Police Command spokesman, DSP Abiodun Osifo, who could not confirm the incident, said he was yet to be briefed by the relevant Police Division.

It is no longer news that Triple MG boss, Ubi Franklin and his record label first lady, Emma Nyra have called it quits. Yes, and it was not a matter they resolved at a roundtable, the once chummy-chummy duo took each other to the cleaners and put up a bit of a show on social media to fill their fans in on all the shindig that went down. At a point in their creamier than cream relationship, the duo were virtually inseparable, which set tongues wagging that they must have been more than mere friends. While the hint of a relationship was being dropped around, neither Ubi nor Emma saw anything wrong with it. Until the song changed! According to reports, the song changed for them when Ubi Frankin proposed to Nollywood actress, Lilian Esoro, presumably, shunning his ward who has been waiting in the wings for years. The song went from sorry to sad when Emma Nyra reportedly blurted out in an interview that she was never romantically involved with Ubi. Now, the sad song went very bad wh...
