Blood Moon: Eager astronomers use Instagram to snap celestial phenomenon

Right before a so-called “blood moon” in April 2014, people in various faith communities were abuzz about this phenomena because there were to be four blood moons coinciding with Jewish feast days in 2014 and 2015. The super moon is harder to see, the moon is slightly closer to earth, making it about eight per cent larger than normal.

And second, Revelation 6:12, “I looked when He opened the sixth seal, and behold, there was a great quake; and the sun became black as sackcloth of hair, and the moon became like blood”. It begins at 9:07 p.m. ET, and will be in total eclipse from 10:11 to 11:23 at night.
“There is what we call penumbral”.
With the moon passing through the earth’s shadow, this alignment will cause the moon to appear to have turned a copper red color when it’s totally eclipsed.
A total lunar eclipse sometimes is menacingly referred to as a blood moon. “As you are watching the shadow go across the moon, you really get a sense for all of these large bodies that are travelling through space, and I find that fascinating to really think about”.
Almost a hundred fans came out to the UNR Redfield campus to see her glow, an opportunity that was missed the last few times it happened and won’t appear again until 2033.
“Anytime there is fun in with education, there’s a bonus that they’ll remember what they see”, said Christy Sump, a mother from Reno.
“After the total eclipse, the moon will be setting for us as the eclipse finishes, so for those people who are seeing it live at that stage, they will only be seeing a portion of it”.

What African Leaders should not do to save their Economies after COVID-19

Originally published on Herald Newspaper.   “When men attain power, they go crooked.” This piece is coming from an author, I, and the introductory quote is quite dubious enough but the truth is perpetually bitter. To open the curtain on this important discussion, I would like to congratulate several African leaders on the various precautionary measures they have instigated to hamper the raging spread of this plague. They should know that this is the dawn of a new era and certainly not the time to cast aspersions on who bears the onus or play politics on the suffering proletarians. Those residing in the hinterlands have successfully lost their sources of livelihood as almost every country has embarked on complete lockdown. The private sector, considered as elites, are even battling on how to pay their employees who are now on official vacation. The government as a whole cannot import their needs and have to dig into their reserves to try to keep every Tom, Dick, and Harr...
