Alas! Kidnapped Vanguard Journalist, Donu Kogbara released


Vanguard Columnist, Donu Kogbara has been released after 13 days of horror in the hands of her abductors.
She was set free at about mid night and was reunited with members of her family at her home in Port Harcourt, Rivers State in the early hours of this morning.

Kogbara told Channels Television that she is yet to recover from the trauma of her kidnap experience, wondering why she was targeted at all.
Confirming the release, the State Police commissioner, Musa Kimo said his men are on the trail of the kidnappers and details of their investigation will be made public in due course.
