Will Smith's Son Dedicates Debut Single to Beyonce



Will Smith's son Trey "AcE" Smith is launching his music career with Beyonce Knowlesin mind. AcE released his debut single "Blame It on Beyonce", featuring singer DeCarlo, on the Queen of R 'n' B's September 4 birthday.

" 'Blame It On Beyonce' is a song that's inspired by the impact Beyonce has made on pop culture," AcE said of the uptempo track. "From women to fashion and music, her presence is felt everywhere. The concept of the song came about a year ago at Coachella. The festival was packed with Beyonce-inspired fashion, attitude and confidence within women. A song that pays homage to power of Queen B. Blame It on Beyonce. Music is food for the soul and I'm grateful to be able to add to those recipes."
AcE is working on his debut album while DJing across the globe.
Beyonce herself was getting a sweet treat from her family. Her husband Jay-Z, their daughter Blue Ivy and more picked one special song each and dedicated it to her. Jay-Z picked Coldplay's "Yellow" for her while Ivy picked Jodi Benson's "Part of Your World".

Alleged N108bn fraud: EFCC confiscates Governor Akpabio’s wife’s school

A school allegedly belonging to Unoma Akpabio, the wife of the immediate past governor of Akwa Ibom State, Godswill Akpabio, has been seized by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission. It was learnt that the seizure was part of investigations into the former governor who has been accused of alleged N108bn fraud during his tenure from 2007 to 2015. One of our correspondents who visited the school, St. John Paul II School, in Shelter Afrique, Uyo, Akwa Ibom State, observed that the school had been marked “under investigation by EFCC.” It was learnt that the EFCC resorted to marking the school instead of shutting it so that innocent parents and students who had paid school fees would not be adversely affected.
