Eww! Woman to face trial for eating neighbour’s nipple

A woman, Bola Olowolagba, has been arraigned before an Ejigbo Magistrates Court in Lagos State for allegedly biting off the nipple of her neighbour, Adelowo Taiwo, and swallowing it.
The incident occurred after an argument between the two women over the dirty state of their compound located in Shasha area of the state.

Mrs Taiwo told the court that the accused, a mother of four, littered the compound after holding a party and refused to clean up. She said that she took it upon herself to clean the compound. It was then that Mrs Olowolagba came out of her apartment and confronted her. They got into an argument which eventually led to a fight.
In the process, the accused allegedly bit off Mrs Taiwo’s right nipple and swallowed it. The victim was rushed to Igando General Hospital where she is currently being treated.
The accused, however, pleaded not guilty and the presiding Magistrate, Mrs J.O.E. Adeyemi, granted her bail in the sum of N50,000 with two sureties in like sum. The matter was adjourned 21 September.

One of our correspondents who visited the school, St. John Paul II School, in Shelter Afrique, Uyo, Akwa Ibom State, observed that the school had been marked “under investigation by EFCC.” It was learnt that the EFCC resorted to marking the school instead of shutting it so that innocent parents and students who had paid school fees would not be adversely affected.
